Separate organisation workspaces with 21-day trials, team invitations and role-controlled approvals, fictional clients and matters, saved exercises, an audit trail, safe reset with saved versions, and narrated feature videos. No ChatGPT account is required to explore the public demo.
Matters, tasks, time, simple invoicing, receipts, disbursements, trust ledgers, reconciliation and forecasts operate on fictional data. Case-workflow approvals use each member’s own session. Personal OpenAI and Anthropic API connections power Ask Lexi when the member consents to sending selected fictional records. Plain UTF-8 text uploads support evidence workflows; other files remain quarantined while malware scanning is unconnected. Guest invitation links grant access to whoever holds them; they do not verify email ownership. Client logins, bank feeds, automatic messages and payments remain unconnected.

Mail/calendar sending, bank feeds, client payments and a client portal are separate acceptance items if included in the agreed pilot scope. An export or draft is not evidence of import, delivery or settlement.
